I know a few cops who drive like assholes because they can..not to save a human. Alot of cops drive around like mad men off duty knowing nothing will happen. I honestly think a dogs life is more important than a lot of these cops running around today. Not ALL cops are this way but this guy takes the cake with the response he gives.
