Then why is ok for a COP to drive 120 MPH chasing some peice of shit who stole a pack of stogies from the corner store killing a family as he crashes into them during that chase? I know a few cops who drive like assholes because they can..not to save a human. Alot of cops drive around like mad men off duty knowing nothing will happen. I honestly think a dogs life is more important than a lot of these cops running around today. Not ALL cops are this way but this guy takes the cake with the response he gives. Fuck him and the pathetic training he recieved.
