The no 404s clause sounds like a good idea. That never even entered my head when I sold the links. I never just take links down anyway without at least trying to contact the webmaster first. I only ever did it once by mistake
.. me and the webmaster in question sorted it out so he is a happy bunny now. But its kinda "dont know what to do thing" when the site disapears with no way to contact the owner you have no idea if they are having server issues, moving the site to a new server, installing a new script or having problems paying for the hosting or whatever
