It is amazing how many people are too lazy to read the lawsuit.
If you bothered to open the PDF you will see that it is in question if he was born in Kenya or in Hawaii. It is said that his mother was prevented (by the Kenyan authorities) from boarding the plane... thus Obama was born in Kenya.
