However, this theory is flawed as a black would fear a group of whites in certain situations the same way. It could be the same for any ethnic 'mob' versus individual in a particular neighborhood.

I don't think you're taking into account the fact that Black men and women have super powers, such as the strength of 10 men combined, or the ability to run at speeds in excess of 60 mph, or even the vicious laser beams they can shoot from their eyes.
