this reminds me of usa government sponsored abstinence programs created and supported by the religious right which will not provide food or farm aid to developing countries who do not teach abstinence. why not just give these countries money for food and clothes instead of holding it like a carrot on a stick unless they teach an ineffective Christian moral? why does a Christian moral need to be traded for the survival of needy people? get religious morals out of developing world assistance. people need to be fed.
