Hmmm, I sounds more like trauma for me. Designers, always, will be professionals wit a considerable level of complexity to deal. No matter what they done. Get a mainstream designer? for what? to make porn? scatology? gay and fetish? good luck. But keep in mind that, most of the designers will RENEGATE porn work, or will just do that as a temporary activity, to find another job.

We have excelent design houses around. My advice is to take a reputable one, and then you will not cry again.
