everything looks amazing but waaaaaay too much work - but i know some people love to cook though and it's not work to them.
I fed some to the neighbors though that was never pre intended. I usually cook like this when I do the cooking. Wife cooks maybe 2-3 times a week now and that typically is no where near as complicated. Personally that was very little effort in comparison to stuff I do often or worse yet when people are actually coming over.
If I really broke it down that was not much time. BBQ prep was maybe 20 minutes on the meat total before cooking. Ice cream prep about 5 minutes. Peach drink prep maybe 20 minutes (draining juice took awhile but I worked on eggs in meantime). Eggs took maybe 30 minutes including cook time, which while cooking I was doing rub stuff. So about an hour or less prep total the day before.
Cooking was a bitch though you leave it alone for long periods. That took close to 5 hours. Ice cream was made in about 20 minutes, I just listened to the changing sounds of the machine while I was outside.

However yes I do love to cook, so for me it was nothing at all.

I wish I knew all the spices you used in that rub....but most cooks won't give out that info, especially if it is killer and yours sure looks like it would be mouth watering good...mmmmmmmm

Thanks for sharing
Your welcome. I personally can not stand bad fruit. Though I know if I had to I would substitute frozen fruit that was flash frozen and still feels separate in the bag to make many dishes. My peach trees just had some crazy fruit that needed to be used even though there is more coming soon.

Rub:
Whole spice: Coriander, black peppercorns, fennel, (2tbsp ea roughly).
Powder spice: Kosher salt, dry mustard, chili powder, brown sugar. (2tbsp ea roughly). Oregano, hot Spanish paprika, garlic powder, (2 tsp ea roughly)

Mop:
50% my own sauce 50% orange juice (fresh) You could use your favorite BBQ sauce.

Haha well I doubt I would do that, that would be fuck no I have seen dinner impossible. Though I will be in Atlanta, just not cooking.
