I think you should reimburse every webmaster who is losing money because of your ignorance. Why would you start an affiliate program when you can't even handle the traffic it generates. And it isn't like this is the first time it has happened. There is absolutely no excuse for this. People who have relied on you, and trusted you are losing money. People who have rent to pay, mouths to feed, bills, car payments...
Why these people would even send you one hit is beyond me.
