Yeah my hubby and I take it. I take between 3/4 to 1 scoop beforeI workout with weights and I get a great work out. My hubby takes like 1 1/2 scoops. 2 scoops the first week just sounds insane!! Bet you are feeling weird!
On a side not I took a little before going out on night - thought it would pep me up and be fun. It made me sick. So I only do it before working out now. lol
