White Flood has Beta Alanine as an ingredient, and that's likely what's causing your itching. The itching should only last a short while (an hour or maybe two), and should mostly go away after a couple of weeks. Beta Alanine does work really well, it's rapidly increasing in popularity and may be as popular as Creatine is sooner or later. I've never heard of that product though (White Flood).
I don't have any problem with supplements as long as they are, you know, supplemental to an otherwise good diet, but I do think it's somewhat scary when people don't know about the ingredients they are putting in their body. If you don't know what the ingredients do and why you want them, you probably shouldn't take them until you do.
