I used to take that, its recommended you use not even a whole 1 whole scoop
I'm pretty sure on the back it says use 5 grams, the scoop is 20 grams
So you used 8 times what its recommended = 40grams
2 scoops is overkill
You can workout hours and hours on end with that shit and you become so focused
