Here's an update... save for one person, the hotel has ignored all my calls and I'm sure wants this put to rest as do I. In fact I stopped caring about a week ago. I AM about 90% sure of who did this but doubt I will ever have 100% proof. And unless I'm ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN, I won't be outting anyone. I'm usually correct about my hunches and if it's the person I think it was... they are VERY new to the industry, and I know their boss. They have been alerted by me and and are now keeping their eye on this person and will handle accordingly.

Sorry to read all this.
In my case it was the Westin that tried to steal.
$10 per minute for local calls.
Second year they tried it so I made sure to check the bill.
I suggest everybody who made phonecalls using the hotelphone checks their bills.
