To all Techie Media customers after several years of processing millions of emails our main mail system, mail.techiemedia.net, is experiencing downtime at the moment. We are working on replacing it ASAP. Due to all of the custom configs and web based features this is taking a bit of time. We anticipate a full recovery within approximately 2 hours. We have made an announcement on the main support page and the minute it is fixed, all your mail will be pouring in.
