Ive been trying to find some health insurance for my gf, but wanted to see if anyone had a good place to go with.
she is scared of going with no name places and talked to someone at bluecross. the plan is $160 a month for medical and covers 90% (up to $90) for office visits, $10 generic and $20 name brand drugs (after $100 deductible on name brand) and $500 medical deductible.
my plan is like $100 or so a month but I think im going to switch. i never go to the doctor or take meds, but she does pretty frequently so I wanted to get something for her that covers prescripts (including bc
)
anyway, i told her that dental and vision insurance is a waste because its like $80 a month for dental and $50 for vision and a dentist cleaning is like $250 every six months...
thoughts?
