If it's a close friend or someone you know doesn't mind then comments are obviously not a big deal. That being said, even the most well intentioned comment or compliment from a stranger or someone you don't know well can make some women start thinking about their creepy uncle Arnie or the psycho looking dude on the corner who always has to make some lewd comment.

I have a pretty good sense of humor but I personally do not like to be the center of attention in most cases, so drawing attention to my tits in the middle of a crowd would not be something I would be happy with. I also have a painfully shy, VERY busty friend who is OK with comments and starring in situations she is comfortable with, but someone could put her out of her comfort zone very easily. She does not dress to get attention. She is the sweetest, nicest, most laid back girl you will ever meet and probably would never be a bitch about it, but that doesn't mean it's OK to make her feel bad.
