GFY is not TMM support board totally agreed, but it got the answer, which unfortunately we were not getting by using your normal channels of contact.

Again, its an upgrade ticket. As was instructed when we announced the upgrade, upgrades will take some time, and will be handled in the order we get them.
Those tickets are on hold until we get to them. They are not pressing issues. We are getting to them as we can.
GFY was not your "last hope". You did not email, you did not ICQ, you did not call the office. We are VERY easy to reach.
When you post things like "Have you all gone on vacation or something?" it implies to the public that we somehow ignore our customers. Then I have to deal with people call up for info about getting NATS and say "well, someone told me that you guys didn't answer any support tickets for 10 days".
If you have a serious issue its one thing, but you asked a question about MySQL versions in a v4 upgrade ticket which people were informed would be handled over time in a certain order. Its not like you had any kind of bug or problem with your system, yet you coming running here implying we have been ignoring all of our customers for 10 days.
