For CPC, considering where they get their traffic, it would be wise to know the origin of the traffic, namely the site(s) or other avenues the traffic comes from (sources, demographics, etc.,) before playing with it. With CPM, Using GTSAds the CPM model is a lot more effective for advertisers and publishers because the system automatically rotates out poorly converting ads. As a result, your CTR increase substantially and your ROI exponentially.
You're right, knowledge is money in media buying/selling & this system was designed with stats junkies in mind.
