It's probably very true.
Anybody familar with Los Angeles 20 years ago will agree when it comes to the Silverlake and Echo Park areas. Once semi-ghettos, now chic areas.
And West Hollywood has become the 'West Bank' of Beverly Hills, style and price wise.
I wish some gays would move into my neighborhood and raise the values...
