I would make them sign a non disclosure agreement before hand .. TMZ probably has one on hand. Or heavily transparent watermark the video and/or pictures
Try going straight to the source. Don't forget the english and french tabloids too .. they gots deep ass pockets. They're might even be a brokering service for this type of thing, i'd research it more then just gfy
