It's not going to be a legend grandfathers tell to their kids, it's going to be a record that will be held and talked about at pretty much every olympics for a long time.
Right now the name of Micheal Phelps is known by a couple billions people, you can't say that about any baseball team.

Are you serious? It will be a record. In a book. Period. Yes, when the Olympics come around every 4 years people will talk about it. When the Olympics aren't happened. No one will remember. I took about how I can't wait to see football this upcoming season. Basketball. So on so forth. Once again. It is great what he is doing. But to be compared as a 'greatest athlete'. I don't buy that.. I'm not gonna go on rant of how there is 100x the amount of competition in other sports either. The 8 gazillion kids that grow up playing baseball(example) and the 40 at swim camp.
