why don't you guys just "return to sender" the junk mail in your mail box. it all has to do with costs, regular businesses mail you junk mail it's legitimate, when the hell is it legitimate to send someone email when someone did not ask for it.
all well i guess you guys all side with the junk emailers, that's cool, at least i don't have to worry if the feds are knocking down my door that i broke a law...
it is true that the two types of marketing are out of step, hmm a fews hours hacking into network and make that server into a junk emailer through trojans
or $100,000 to mail out a glossy catalog with the USPS approval (postage)
it is clearly someone is breaking the law....
