I guess you still don't realize that the only reason I started to copyright it is because you decided you wanted to release your own content on it and cut me out. You knew I was copyrighting it because i told you and you didn't care because you think you're untouchable ... just like you first thought when the Got Milk people came looking for you .... which I told you about and you shrugged it off. And don't give me that crap again that you dropped me because of going to your dist ... we both know that you weren't allowing me to release well before that and you never were going to allow me to because you wanted to get your own stuff out. You also continue to avoid the fact that you never paid us in full for commisions on gm2 either.
I have no need for dvds that can't be sold and you have no right to sell the content in those dvds ....... yes, you can probably sell it anyway by licensing the shit out and if I want to take it far enough I could probably stop you ... but that would depend upon cost ... however, at worst .... I can make whoever you license it to take it down .... or atleast anyone with a legitimate biller or host. So if you want to sell it to people and then have them get pissed because they have to take it down ... so be it. Have fun with that.
As far as a solution .... the only thing i can think of is for you to replace to persons content you sold to with other content that you actually own .... but at this point .... I can see that's not going to happen ... so I'll make them take it down after monday ... since we asked them to take down by then but prob will not ...then they'll be pissed at you for selling them shit you don't own if they are not already. However, I would be willing to work something out with your customers if they would contact us but have not to this point.
Of course we would prefer some type of amicable solution with the purchasers and I'm sure they'll be reading this .... as they are active here ... so i'll say that all I want is for the content to be taken off the tour and fhg's taken down .... seeing as you spent 1k .... I would allow you to keep in your members area IF YOU CONTACT US BEFORE MON .... this way you can still use as updates and we don't get our shit scattered all over the net or atleast not from this point on from FHG, no watermarks unless ours ... if not, and i have to try to force you and succeed .... that will no longer be an option ... so please contact us so we can work something out like that. We have emailed you a copy of our invoice from content shooter . This is our offer of compromise with the purchasers of the content, since they're in the same niche as us and we'd prefer to stay on good terms. We will not give this offer to anyone else the content is sold to by Mr X. Otherwise ..... we'll just see what happens by force .....
