Another vote for /%postname%/

The reason is simple: The deeper your directory structure, the longer it takes to get the site fully crawled and the more likely you are producing duplicate content. Yes, there are plugins to avoid duplicates (noindex on category and archive pages, etc.), but I like short and clean URLs anyway.
