		 All you people skipping breakfast, tsk, tsk.  Didn't you all learn that breakfast is the most important meal of the day?  It helps control your weight, and keeps your appetite in check through out the day and gives you more energy.  I had a can of tuna, a slice of toasted cinnamon raisin sprouted grain bread with a tiny bit of some zero fat Promise spread on it and a banana, washed down with a strong cup of black tea.
