You'd take it every day and there's no cycle. A very simple Q&A on the instruction sheet for the medication would suffice to ensure compliance:

A. Congratulations!

And yea, it wouldn't fuck up women in the way this article suggests (although you'd have to add that to the long, long list of the woman's pill's side effects).
