I have never used the content on my sites or licensed it separately. I did license the DVd, so this entire issue is regarding the Dvds.

No ... you were making excuses way before that ... this is why we had the issue and why i was looking elsewhere .... your excuses of not being allowed more releases ... not getting paid by pure play ... and anything else. These issues were before we spoke to them ..... but again ... this has nothing to do with this issue.
The content on the dvds is not yours to sell ... you know this as well as I...... sell them to consumers ... yes, to others to distribute ... no ....
