there were no letters .... it was a phone conversation ... read post above .... what he states is not correct. We did not contact pp with the intent to go behind his back ... mr x was not allowing us a release ... mr x had decided to end relationship before we contacted pp ... he was just pussyfooting around telling us ..... We told pp / Richard when we contacted him that we would do nothing without mr x's approval regarding other options and told mr x about the converation afterwards. He was just pissed because when Richard resolved the issue .... he couldn't use his excuse anymore .... not being allowed more releases by pure play. Again , this has nothing to do with this issue of licensing ....and let me mention that your foot is going know where near my ass or throat .... make your threats else where and wait for the facts before you make them.
