Hey,
Yesterday I got a nice check from Glo-Bill and for the life of me, I can't remember anyone I promote thru their billing system.
As a rule, I try to stay away from stuff like them, ccBill, IBill... just to complicated...
Who is the sponsor "OTE Development USA Inc."?
That's all the info I have on them, 'cept they are on the Third Floor of their building in Walnut Creek, CA ...
Anybody have a clue? 'Cause, I don't, and if I'm promoting them, I should probably find from where and with what, right?
I don't even have a phone number for them...
Anyone?
