Let me clarify. rmcat is supposed to be a supplement to martial arts training, not a replacement. When Royce gracie comes to your place to give a seminar, this is a supplement to your training, not a replacement. I now see what you where the confusion was. My firearms course was not the first time I had trained with my guns or the last either. But it gave me some new ways to train.
