There are many tricks to getting rid of saddle sores, but (saddle) ass, I am not sure how to cure that other than spending more time in it.
I am a endurance fanatic, thus I love the long hauls.
On weekends, if I am not spending 6+ hours/day cycling down the highway, I am spending 12-16 hours/day climbing/scrambling or hiking.
39yo and I am only getting younger!
