thats whats funny about shit head talking abotu training federal law enforcement. big fucking deal. the only reason for that is to give them "something".... you can't be effective at anything without consistent and rigorous training.

Yeah. Not sure where rehearsing movements in a vacuum was part of my threads here, but if I insinuated a no sparring/rolling program to become a good martial artist, i would like to change my argument now. I also think you should wear Tapout shirts if you really want to be a good fighter.
