Few months ago he asks my husband if we'd be interested in licensing out the content for web and of course said no ..... since we have the content on our own site and it is an exclusive content site.
So what does this guy do? He licenses it out anyway ! I'm not going to go into who has the content and is displaying it just yet ... hopefully that can be taken care of behind closed doors .... but they are refusing to remove because they paid for it. Except they don't seem to realize they bought content from someone that has no right to sell it or license it. This piece of shit licensed out content that he does not own and did not shoot.
We have all the 2257 info, all the model releases, ids, I can even provide the shooter that we paid to shoot the content. I found this amusing .....

Interesting you questioning how someone else operates when you're taking content you clearly do not own and are selling it.
