Your hands can be behind your back and you can be willing but if you start taking painful blows to the face, head or anywhere else (whether you did something wrong or not) how can you NOT instinctively cover up or reach out to block the hand beating you?
Picture you getting your ass violently whipped by 3 people at once from every angle, and all you "NEED" to do is stay still and put your hands behind your back to make them stop. You don't know how many blows are going to come your way when you put your guard down, how long it will take for them to stop OR even if they are going to stop... a fight is a fight is a fight.

Man, your post really doesnt make any sense at all. I read it again to see if i was missing something but its total fucking bs. The police doesnt just run up to you and starts kicking you on the ground and then tells you im gonna arrest you. They tell you youre under arrest and thats where people start resisting.
