Way to miss the point.
I'm not saying this domain would be a good investment. Hell, it's worth $25k at most.
However, the 100% return in 7 years you mentioned in the other post would be a good investment, if you could find it (try finding a bank that'll give you a 10%+ interest rate).
Developing a site that makes $600k in 7 years with a $60k investment would only be a good investment if you have the time to do it - that is to say, if you want to turn that investment into a job.
