if you can gain 5 pounds extra muscle you can afford 250-500 calories more a day.. thats like a daily run everyday.

I'm not too fussed about gaining muscle just yet. I'm more interested in losing weight and fat. Once I get to a level I'm happy with I'll begin building some toned muscles hopefully.
