this just goes to show that people will buy something if its expensive because they think it is something l33t.
when i was in college, i worked at a cell phone store for a few weeks at the mall. the owner decided he was goign to jack up the prices of the face plates for phones from $9.95 to $29.95 and put a sign that said "Limit 1 Per Person" and put them in a nice fake velvet bag.
you would not believe how many people bought them, let alone how many people would ask if tehy could buy 2 or 3
