secret: spend more of my time reading about foods and my body instead of gfy ;)
never used to watch what I eat, or my calories intake.. Im guessing I ate over 3000 a day easy.. and now I am eating 1500 with the right meals, every 3 hours.. low carbs, no sugar, very low fat.. lots of protein.. (I don't exercise, thou it would help.. I just eat right)
every 500 calories less a day loses 1lb a week.
