Seeking new partners...

Who I am.. A little history. Between 1995 and 2002, I owned and operated Kristy's Teens.. one of the most successful websites in the late 90's with annual sales in the millions. I ran one of the very first affiliate programs during the pay-per-click era, designed the system/program myself in 1996, and was one of very few in existence when it was listed on YNOT (the original webmaster site). Ramped click-fraud, a partner embezzling a whole months revenue (and fleeing), and numerous merchant account losses, and third-party billing company collapses, eventually brought it all to an end.
Point being, I'm not n00b.

Now to present day.. the reason I am here.

I was working as a freelance programmer/consultant and was approached by an old employee/artist that said he was friends with a big studio in the san fernando valley, and they had given him rights to use all their content to build a bunch of sites. I reviewed their solution for doing this, and it was a joke! They planned to use a basic open source website cms somehow, and though that would work.. like complete fuckin morons! So I decided to join the project.. since then, i've revamped everything into one hell of a kick ass system. I wrote a Windows desktop program that rips DVD's into flash (or start with a flv file), watermarks, splits scenes, create kick ass trailers, extracts still images, runs batches, and publishes to a back end web based (unix/php) content management system; where all the information about the videos/clips is entered, categories, tags/keywords, and website(s) to publish the clips are assigned. It can manage multipul websites, and the users, clips can be queued for later publishing, and the output can be traditional tour with members section, or tube site style. This is ready to use right now, and we're not doing a thing with it!!!!!!

The way I see it, this is mine. It's my brainchild, my concepts, and I did all the work myself without being paid for it. I know this is worth a lot of money if I can work with the right people. The partners I have now have failed to fulfill their obligation to finance this project; while I upheld my end and developed the solution. Therefor i find them in breach of our (verbal) agreement, and I am seeking new partners. I am hoping somebody here sees the value in what I've created, and wants to make money together. I'm willing demo all this to qualified people with good industry credentials. Looking forward to working with you, and making some money!
