Hi, can anyone who has bought and had atx installed by the atx owner tell me if they got this message the first time they went to log on?

Error
Unable to locate license
Load the file install-web.cgi via your browser to generate a new license

It says i have to generate some key code or something? don't want to click this and fuck it all up if it has not been installed fully yet.

Maybe it has been fully installed but i can't get ahold of the guy to find out.
