Not really.
They do not meddle in everyone's business like Dubya's U.S.A.. Or talk down to everyone, or think that the world is here to do our bidding. I do not blame other countries for their hatred of the U.S..
If I was a leader of a sovereign country and had some fucker from across the oceans always trying to tell me what my country and people could and could not do,.. what we could and could not buy, and who we talk to, ally with, and the rest. I would probably get pretty annoyed as well.
In N. Korea's case, I can understand their frustrations as well. They need energy, and were going nuclear. They were promised fuel oil from the U.S.A. in exchange for stopping their nuclear program. The U.S.A never delivered/stopped shipments once Dubya took over.
Oh, and Israel belongs on that list.
Although they have one of the best PR campaigns on the planet. As long as they always look the victim, they can do anything they like. Need some examples not covered much in the news? Sink US war ships, get caught not once, but multiple times trying to steal military secrets from the U.S., as well as countless other things abroad.
Yet somehow they are never, "brought to justice"...
