That's fucked up, I was renting a house in Denmark from a real idiot, he stopped by the house a couple of times per month to tell me to do this and that, wanted part of the rent paid in cash and the rest to his bank account, eventually I told him to get lost and not come there again unless he had a real reason for it.
Then the idiot tried to kick me out for lots of bullshit reasons (running a company in a non commercial zone, house was sold etc), the final result was that he could be fined for harassment if he enterred the property without a 3 day written notice, no partial cash payment of the rent and I filled the full rent on my tax returns including the cash payments. I think that he didn't like me when I moved out 6 months later
