We need a top notch banner designer - one who's the dogs bollocks
We need some banners done a mix of flash and animated gifs. Some are also quite small (100x75) but need to convey a good message. We have ideas for the text we want in the banners, but want to explain to the designer what the banner needs to "sell" and let them come up with the ideas on design.
So only the best need apply!
