I was not digging on what you were saying at first, but you're right.
My in-laws will not listen to the opinion of anyone under 40. They just tune out and look right through you, even if you're absolutely right. I'm not talking about thinking you may be right --- I mean you know you're right like the sky is blue.
They call you opinionated and move on to the next topic, usually something they know better.
