There is nothing illegal about a sensual massage, just because you translate it into a handjob doesn't mean it's gonna happen, even if it did it would still be possible to do it perfectly legal
And complaining about a massage?? Come on, people buy strippers and hookers all the time to each other at conventions, meetings etc. Even VW do it + they put Viagra in the rooms in advance for the older executives and associates
