First thing you should do is buy and install the Adobe Flash Server on your box. Make sure you have a kick ass machine. I've got a quad core with 4 gigs of memory and it purrs like a kitten. Then you can encode all of your stuff into h264 .mp4's

In the past, my latest update was all over the tubes within an hour of release Almost a month has went by and not one of the newest ones (that were never in downloadable form) can be found.
