Fortunately, webmasters are a different and good breed of people. That of course isnt an excuse for ignoring the law.
But if you want to continue to live your life this way, and this goes for any one of you, you can live however you want....I on the other hand am going to operate within a perspective where i view INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY as the most crucial foundation of this business. This application could very easily have been built to scan and steal pictures, other content, whatever.
And I'm not surprised your ass is unwiped. Don't worry, I know a team of lawyers that will wipe it for you. As long as you give them 60-75% of the cut from this software application.
In fact, I DEMAND A PERCENTAGE OF THE CONTRACTS NEGOTIATED FROM THIS APPLICATION for contributing to the controversy. I believe I own the controversy and that it is in fact MY intellectual property.
