Yeah its everywhere, but from my pov 99% of adult companies are shady. So called sponsors fuck you over all the time and you stupid morons let them buy you a drink and you think your a BRO!
I think its just a balance thing then.. tube sites steal their content, password forums leech their .htaccess, and you end up sending your tube surfers to fake dating sites wheres they shave you every third sale... Itīs all about the balance in life..
