I feel a bit funny about pregnant content too but you've got to realise that for many people it's not a huge change in lifestyle until they give birth - prior to that point they've still got to work and make money...
Same goes for people that raise their eyebrows when a mother puts her kid into child care after a month so she can return to work. It's not ideal, but how is she supposed to survive otherwise, without any income?
