There is a really *high* risk that she'll lose all feeling in her nipples.
Dunno about you, but that's enough to make me never do it.
If her boobs need to be lifted at all, they take the nipple OFF, tuck the breast up, and then sew the nipple back on.
Nerves don't come along with that ride.
Even if she's not getting lifted, there's still a huge chance that they'll brush up against the nerves during the surgery and do irrepairable damage.
Talk to a LOT of women - not just 3 or 4; I'm talking 15 or 20 before she gets this done. Ask about follow-up surgery, about loss of feeling in the nipples. Take a look at Asia Carrera's site, she talks quite a bit about her boobs. At first she was very happy, then later she says she can't stand having to continually go in to get them "touched up".
I wouldn't do it. It won't change HER, it will just change the type of guy that looks at her.
